How do I access my adventure tracker?

After purchase, you'll receive an email with your dashboard login link. You can also access it from our support page.

Can I change my adventure details after purchase?

Yes! Use your dashboard to update trip details, add pins, upload photos, and manage all aspects of your adventure tracker.

How many photos can I upload?

You can upload up to 3 photos per location pin. Photos are automatically compressed for web optimization.

Can I share my adventure tracker with others?

Absolutely! Your adventure tracker has its own unique URL that you can share with family and friends.

What happens after one year?

Your adventure tracker will expire and be automatically deleted. We do not offer auto-renewal or extensions.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Server Information

Our servers operate 24/7 to keep your adventure tracker online and accessible.

Planned Maintenance

Routine maintenance is typically scheduled between 2-3 AM CST. We'll do our best to minimize downtime during these windows.

While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee 100% availability. Maintenance periods and unexpected outages may occur.
